Sensor Installation & Setup
Please check the contents of your package upon receipt. You should have the following items:
-
Jetvision sensor
-
Power cable with worldwide adapters
-
Wi-fi antenna
-
Ethernet cable
-
2 x antenna cables
-
1 x 1090mhz combined ADS-B + GNSS antenna
-
Either 1 x 978mhz antenna (US customers) or 1 x 868mhz antenna (rest of world)
-
2 x mounting brackets
-
Documentation
If you are missing any of these items, please contact Jetvision at support@jetvision.de
You will need to acquire your own attachment pole or post to mount the antennae. Please post your questions on our Discord if you are unsure about what might work, and either a member of the community or one of our team will get back to you!

Sensor Installation
Before you start….you will need to decide where to put your sensor and antennas.
01 - Sensor
The sensor should be located in an environment that is:
-
Preferably indoors
-
Shielded from the rain
-
Is in controlled temperature between 0 and +60C
-
Is close to your internet router
-
Is close to power
-
Is unlikely to be tampered with during operation
02 - Antennae
Both antennae should be located in an environment that:
-
Are high up
-
Have good 360 degree view of the sky
-
Clear of metallic objects
-
Within 10m of your sensor
-
Have temperatures between -30C to +60C
When installing your antennae please refer to the following instructions from the manufacturer:

Connecting to Neuron
Please refer to the following video to connect your sensor to Neuron:
To access the Neuron setup page on your sensor, insert the following into your web browser:
http://{my-IP}:1337
(replace '{my-IP}' with the IP address of your sensor
e.g. http://192.168.1.120:1337)
You can find your sensor IP address by following the instructions in the sensor setup document above.
Enabling Remote Support
If you are having problems, please join our Discord channel and open a support ticket. You can also try taking a look at our FAQs as there might be a quick and easy fix!
If you have opened a support ticket, and we have asked you to activate remote support, please follow the following instructions:

Navigate to the following web address:
http://{my-IP}/support.html (replace {my-IP} with the local IP address of your sensor, e.g. 192.xxx.x.x) -
Login within your password if it asks you (default is 'radarcape')

Click "enable" to enable remote support. You are done!
(Note: if you have changed your device password, please tell us your new password, or change it back to default until we have resolved your support issue)
